Catherine Hopper studied at the University of Leeds and the Franz Liszt Hochschule in Weimar. She graduated from the Royal Academy (Vice-Principal’s Prize) and completed her studies at the National Opera Studio.

Oratorio includes Bach’s “St Matthew Passion”‚ Duruflé Requiem‚ Vivaldi “Gloria‚ Mozart Requiem (St Martin-in-the-Fields)‚ Haydn “Nelson” Mass and Bliss “Pastoral”.
Recitals include Maisie Lewis award concert (Wigmore Hall)‚ shared concert with Sir Thomas Allen (Oxford Lieder Festival)‚ ROSL (Edinburgh Fringe Festival and National Portrait Gallery) with Simon Lepper‚ Ronald Corp programme (Wigmore Hall)‚ a Kirckman programme‚ and the Mandelstam Song Cycle with Julius Drake (Wigmore Hall).
